Is this lyme, balance problems, feels like the inside of my head is spinning, not vertigo,( have had vertigo but lately its like it is on the way)just a weird head feeling, blurry vision, ringing in ears and guess you could call it mental hard to describe, a lot of crying but not the typical anxiety/depression symptoms. Just feel weird .

If I have a few hrs or a day without this weird head thing I feel ok mentally.

Take these symptoms away and I would be lyme free. My ENT still say sinus related.. So confused.

Not meds as nothing new.. Still on the candida diet.. tks

I drink mangosteen juice to stop my Lyme eye symptoms. You can find juice blends in healthfood stores and online. I like Mango-Xan as it's the most tart. I drink about 3/4 of an ounce in the am and pm.

Let me take a crack at how to keep your mitochondria happy - I think they need lots of mg to make the ATP energy...Lyme patients need to take mg. I take the mg glycinate form.

I think it sounds like you still need Lyme treatment for your head symptoms.

Can you make an appointment with a good ear, nose and throat doctor (ENT)who specializes in vestibular disorders?

My son's only remaining symptoms seem indicative of a damaged vestibular system and all your symptoms are his as well. He has tested positive for Lyme, Bartonella and two babesias.

On a great antibiotic/antimalaria regimine now for 7 months but no change in the vestibular symptoms. We're waiting for his upcoming ENT (neurotologist) appointment for testing/evaluating of this.

Check out VEDA (a good vestibular website) or type in vestibular system dysfunction in google. The vestibular system can become damaged by viruses or bacteria like Lyme, physical trauma, an autoimmune attack, etc.

I'm hoping something shows up in the testing they do prior to his appointment. I'm not a dr. but this is what I think may be going on with my son. Best of luck and I will post a follow up...

maybe someone here can put it in terms that are understandable

if you search on here you will find info and a group of ppl who try to keep theirs happy...but it is a bit complicated

there are supplement protocols for it

I have had similar spinning feelings. Always accompanied by weird head feelings, crying. My first episode lasted 6 months and thrn I would get the dizzy feelings during hormonal times. Back in May it startrd to get worse again, stsrted getting back visual motion problems. I honestly believe it is lyme and babesia. I have not treated aggresively enough. I also have pots and dysautonimia and believe all of the head sensations are coming from a dysregulated autonomic nervous system. My ear testing at a balance center came back as normal. Now I am ramping up my treatment in hopes this will improve. Bedt of luck to you.
