Just wonderign if this looks like a tick bite or something else? Its not circular looking but I guess a bite can look like anything?

This is on a friends 5 year old son. The date on the pics is june 15th.. about 2 weeks after he complained of feeling like bugs are biting and pinching him when he goes to bed and she said she thinks hes had an increase in headaches (but shes wondering if shes just being paranoid.)

Didnt see a tick at all.

Here are some pics - -

First question has to be, did she take him to a doctor? I do hope so!

Yes, this could be from a tick. But, it could also be many other things, including, but not limited to (and I only have the few details you provided to work from):

Bed bugs, spider bite, mosquito bite, flea bite, caterpillar sting, lice, mites, poison ivy (oak/summac), staff infection, Morgellons, Impetigo, and on and on. There are plants that can cause skin rashes also.

Love your pics, but impossible to be sure of anything online like this. A doctor's visit is important.

Wish I could help more!
