So here goes......I had a loose stool and I saw these red like pieces in it; so I put on my glasses and scooped a piece out. Sorry I have to be so descriptive. Anyway, it wasn't bloody. It felt just like these gummy vitamins that I have been taking. Rubbery and red. They are B vitamins, because I can't swallow the B-100 tablets.
I chew these gummies up really well, but do you think they are connecting back together in my system and mainly just running through me? Or could it be something else?
Hubby thinks its the gummies and said to quit taking them and see what happens. He thinks this because the texture is the same. What do you guys think?

I don't know about B complex, because I can use the capsules just fine, but don't see why it would not work the same.
My Armor Thyroid worked so much better I had to lower my dose after I started breaking it up into pieces, putting them in a spoon, and taking a second spoon and putting it inside the first and moving it around to grind the pieces into a powder. Then I stir the powder into a glass of water and drink it.
If just breaking it in pieces is not enough, you might want to try making it into a powder. Good luck!

Yes, try not taking the gummies and see what happens.
Personally, I don't think it's the gummies because I can't see why gelatin, sugar and vitamins wouldn't break down in the stomach acid. I'm pretty sure gummies aren't enteric coated.
But, that being said, if you had a loose stool then transit time may have been quicker, and the gummies got through.
Sometimes I have this, but I don't eat gummies. I often wondered what it was. Maybe a baLl of mucus?
If you ask on curezone, they'll say flukes.
They take all sorts of pic of things found in poo. Turns my stomach, but some of the things look so strange-I would want a pic too, to document.
What about cherry or berry skins?

It had the exact texture of the gummies but I don't see why they didn't dissolve. I'm sort of worried.

I wouldn't worry unless you stop the gummies and keep seeing the red stuff.
Try a few days without the gummies and see what happens.
Also, tapeworms are not red. They are white.
