I never thought of that I take a lot of fish the big difference maybe because I take a lot 6000 a I also take e and coq10
try not to but these supplements for me I do get good quality ones I know they were when I don't have different
for all I know they told me they took out that gall bladder and never did

I know I can absorb Vitamin D3 topically, because it gives me the same side-effects if I use too much as what I get when taking it orally.
So you might try to find liquid versions of the fat-soluble vitamins and use them topically in addition to orally to see if that boosts your absorption.
I also think the suggestions on the website posted by Steve1906 above are good...

lp: I thought I was absorbing my fish oil. Then I told a lady at the health food store that I was craving fat and didn't know why.
It was because I wasn't absorbing my fish oil. When I started taking Emulsified cod liver oil, it really helped.
Razzle: good advice. I didn't know there was a topical D3.
