Ramfapicin (+Arthomycin?) or Levoquine?

I did some online search but I am confused about the two different opinion.

Can anyone tell me which is the standard(first choice) treatment for Bartonella or BLO(Bartonella-Like-Organism)?

If not with Antibiotics, is there any herbal or enzyme can be used instead? I saw someone mentioned a herbal called Quinna.

From the Burrascano Lyme Treatment Guidelines:

"The drug of choice to treat BLO is levofloxacin. Levofloxacin is usually never used for Lyme or Babesia, so many patients who have tick-borne diseases, and who have been treated for them but remain ill, may in fact be infected with BLO. Treatment consist of 500 mg daily (may be adjusted based on body weight) for at least one month. Treat for three months or longer in the more ill patient. It has been suggested that levofloxacin may be more effective in treating this infection if a proton pump inhibitor is added in standard doses.. . . Alternatives to levofloxacin include rifampin, gentamicin and possibly streptomycin." (page 24)

Some people fear the tendon rupture that levaquin can cause, so they won't take that med. So, there is always rifampin.

I got rid of bartonella by taking levaquin.

I'm taking rifampin with azithromycin.

It is helping reduce head pressure and frequency of migraines.

I did herx quite badly when I first started it.

Had a migraine for 10 days straight and had an incident at a pharmacy with a Bart-rage.

Oopsy.
