Hi. I just started bicillin injections 10/9. I started anew psych med that most of this week was unbearable that I don't know answer to herx.
Restless, rocking dizziness temp 99, usually 96,97.? short term memory speech, word finding and stuttering vision. frustration leads to hitting (just me).
Psych wants to go up cause I'm not focused and anxious. Wednesday tolerable. Speech started Tuesday. Started psych med Tuesday at a low dose. Cant tell herx, side effect. called llmd, said to back off on bicillin, do herx protocol. Went up on psych med not full dose they prescribed. How low can this mind go? Could anyone tell from whats going on. They think my salt might be corrected somehow, so they took me off a med that makes me retain salt the last 2 days to test using for salt situation , added to this head. Any thoughts/ Kind of hoping bloods are screwed up to have an answer to the last 2 days. bicillin dose cut in half due to sensitivity. Psych meds crosss herx symptoms...Any thoughts please,

It sounds like too many things at once.
Time to slow down and do one thing at a time.
It's probably best to back off of stuff if you can.
For example, get the psych meds sorted out first (you NEED your mind). Give that a week or two to stabilize (or three, whatever the psychiatrist suggests).
Do herx protocol along with it (it will probably help each other).
Then deal with the salt issue.
Then the bicillin issue. (or bicillin, then salt)
You don't need to follow this order, do what you think is best. This is what I would do though.
The important thing is to slow the pace down so your body can adjust to each new thing entering it.
It'll make it easier to gauge what's doing what.
