I have been eating garlic for about a week and a half and it seems to be helping me with my remaining babs symptom- Sweating more than I should -
have been dicing up real fine and chewing it up and swallowing- tastes horrible -
I slice up five buds and eat them all at once-
I tried eating 10 buds one time but it was just too much - burned my mouth -
Found out the easy way peeled garlic is to put it in a coffee can shake it around and the skins will come off -easy -
Anyways I now smell Italian -

Haha! Italian! Well Buono sera.
That is interesting about 5 cloves at once. Do you find it bothers your stomach or makes you gassy?
Coffee can...neat trick-I'll have to try it

If garlic is hard on your stomach try cutting them up and mixing in a mashed potato with butter and sour cream. YUM! The fats will help protect your stomach. You do need to chew the garlic though to get maximum allicin, but it seems that point of view is debated.
Maybe allimed would work for some folks?

I'm just not a candidate for any form of it. I've tried and tried.

Get a garlic press that skins and also crushes the garlic in fine pieces. Let it stand for 10 minutes to release the good chemicals. Combine it with room temperature butter and spread on a toasted English muffin. It's a delicious treat!

I'm with Lymetoo on this one.
Fresh garlic with anything gives me the worst gas for two days.
Cooked garlic is OK.

If you consume garlic with oregano , oregano oil, or cloves capsules , it will cut down significantly ON GARLIC ODOR . I throw in cloves and oregano and do not smell like garlic.
