I want to find non-GMO vitamins for my kids. They currently take vita D, vita C, omega 3 fish oil, iron and a multi-vitamin, and I'd also like to add in methylfolate, B12 and possibly B6.

I would love any leads on non-GMO sources for any of these.

I just read an article on how most vitamins are derived from genetically modified sources and I was disgusted.

Thanks!

I am also looking into finding a good multi-vitamin for my child that does not contain the synthetic B, cyanobalamin.

If anyone knows of a good multi-vitamin that is not too big or is a gummy that would be a real benefit to us. There is no way he would be able to take the one I'm taking, it is just too big.
