Can people please share what has helped them most with really tight, sore muscles also known as fibromyalgia. This symptom is really bad for me right now and muscle relaxants and magnesium hasn't helped, neither has antidepressants like cymbalta.

What really really helped me with this was
Low Dose Naltrexone.

I take 3mg a day of regular release. (Is compounded).

Which type of magnesium are you taking?

What helped me most is ReMag magnesium. It is pico-ionic and gets directly into the cells. A cheaper and less effective version would be the CALM.

Much of my FM type pain left when I went gluten, dairy and sugar free.

Turmeric & Kyolic garlic 2 tablets/caps each 2x a day with meals, took care of all the severe muscle aches(migrating) and joint pains that I experienced when lyme hit me hard this summer (exposed in 2009).

It took about 5 days for all the aches and pains to go away, but the muscle aches have stayed away with this daily dose of turmeric and kyolic garlic.

Joint pains flare up occasionally, like this full moon, but not debilitating, and I up my turmeric to 3x a day then.

It also helps when things flare up to take some chlorella. This seems to bring the neurotoxins level down.

I like turmeric powder, which I put in capsules.
