Just got my test results from LLMD and have a bunch of food allergies including gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts, celery, banana, pineapple, kidney bean and more.
Anyone discover food allergies in the Lyme recovery process and did you feel better after eliminating allergens?

Removing the main offenders, like gluten, dairy, soy protein, peanuts,
has made a big difference for my daughter and myself.
Did your results give a rating for each allergen food item? If it did, and some of the fruits and the like are low, you could rotate them in every 4 days.
Sounds like you have a 'leaky gut'.

Chances are they are not true allergies. When tests sow a lot of food allergies it is usually due to leaky gut.

I wonder how long it takes the gut to heal? Haven't seen the report yet showing the range. She just told me the highest were gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, banana, pineapple & kidney bean.
