CFS/ME infectious disease Department Stanford University

CFS/ME Infections

Information
Studies
And treatments and treating doctors

Tick borne / Lyme is one of listed infections
Amount the others we all battle.

Reasarch articles are great resource

I think it's important research and important that they point to chronic infections as the source of the problem for symptoms and these "unknown cause" type conditions that all overlap in so many diseases and disorders.

Its big that Stanford has this department in there infectious disease department and brings light to help treatments and help test patients for the SLEW of infectious causes and find out what a patient has that are the main culprits to target treatment.

Bringing light

I think it really is one multi infectious situation and we all should be tested for panels of viral bacterisl fungal and parasitic infections to get that picture right off the bat

I know I had to see many doctors who each decided to add this or that test and I was the one who kept a binder and finally saw the full picture coming to light.

I took the Stanford lab requisition form for chronic fatigue to my doctor and asked to be tested for all the infections on there. I tested positive for many.

Here's a link I started on the topic:

Thank you got link and info Having a blood test list to take to a a doctor is great and to have the Back up from Stanford too

Now they need to know why some people Respond a lot better than others to treatments and some stay chronically ill while others don't. Then how to influence / adjust / fix that. It will come.

Thanks for posting. It makes me feel so hopeful that there are doctors in this country who are thinking outside the box and who really want to heal people.
