Hi,

Past three days feeling much weaker.

Harder to walk and lift things.

This is coinciding with some brain fog/thinking dysfunction as well as bringing out twitchiness in my legs and toes. Overall feeling more confused and tired.

I have been on Minocycline for over a month.
At one point I was up to full dose (200mg a day)
but I went back down to 100mg.

I have a hard time identifying a herx from the disease itself so I just thought I'd get some opinions here.

Herx or flare?

When you said weakness and twitching... Rang bells for me.

Are you in your 4 week lyme flare.

Herxing with mino was bad for me then.

Twitchy. Couldn't hold cups.

For a while my flare was on the new moon, now I can't really tell anymore.
