She should make her only drink water with fresh lemons squeezed into it. She needs to drink lots and lots of water.
These things will help her flush out the dead germs from her body. Lemons are a natural cleanser and water is the flusher.
So, while she is on this combo, why drink anything else? I actually drank nothing but lemon water throughout my entire lyme treatment. That may be why my herxes were mild.
This includes my amoxi/flagyl herx.

I would increase my dosages of magnesium if I were to take flagyl again. It should help protect the nerves.

I have a great answer. I couldn't tolerate it until my pharmacy suggested I try it compounded. They used the gentle version as well as pure Used for kids in liquid flagyl forms. And compounded woukd bd pure and no binders etc.
I could not take flagyl prior to getting it componded. Now I can take it and have zero problems at all !!
It is same dose and potency
Its is metronidozole benzoate
