You've mentioned Bb looks to reverse transsulfuration. Does this mean Bb creates sulfites from sulfates?
Really important for me to find out about this, since I get anaphylactoid reactions from sulfites......... (yes, I am homozygous for the CBS upregulation mutation)
Thanks,

It looks like Bb uses cysteine to go (up) to homocysteine.
That prevents cysteine from going (down) to taurine (which lowers cholesterol), GSH = glutathione and sulfate.
See the picture Bob posted under the discussion about MTHFR.
He posted a bigger picture from a link of mine so you will have a better idea of what we're talking about.
BTW...that problem (above) is also considered "autoimmune".

Oh ok, so Bb intervenes "higher up" in the enzyme pathway than SUOX... Thanks.
Now to find sulfite-free Ascorbic Acid... (most Ascorbic Acid is derived from corn, therefore heavily sulfited (and now GMO too) and I can't use it even in small amounts).
This also explains why I broke out in hives when Mt. St. Helens blew up...sulfites!
Thanks again.
