Do they have to be taken away from abx? I know cholesteramine and magnesium have to be 2-3 hours away but not sure about pinella and burbur

My body absorbs them better when I space them out.
I think the rule of thumb is 1 hour before abx, 2-3 hours after. I've taken them 1/2 before though when pressed for time (5he abx may have killed them though).

Pinella and Burbur should normally be taken separately from each other.
You would need to separate them each from antibiotics to be on the safe side. I would leave a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes between them and antibiotics.

I actually mix the 2, they are both detox, and pretty sure the Cowden condensed protocol guide wrote it was okay...
I currently give them to my dd as part of detox, and while at times I'm tempted to give more than 10 drops (lol), they are pretty darn expensive!
We have found no adverse effects at all, and a lot of moms use them too. I think they do help.

Pinella and Burbur are theoretically compatible, but are normally taken at different times when following the whole Cowden Support Protocol.
During a Herx, they are sometimes taken together, ten drops of each, every 10 minutes for up to 2 hours to reduce symptoms.
I personally have never taken more Pinella than 10 drops twice per day, but Burbur I have several times taken more often if I need to, with each dose still being 10 drops.
