My grandmother developed CHF with associated swelling of the legs/ankles and lung congestion when she was in her early 70's. We figured that was the end, but she lived to be a happy, relatively healthy 99! They do have amazing drugs to deal with fluid build-up these days.

You might be able to ease congestive heart failure by supplementing CoEnzyme Q10.
The new supplement MitoQ is CoQ10 with an added ion, which helps it to get into the body's cells quickly and more efficiently, so that the mitochondria can use it to make energy.
In the past, I read about people having good results using the regular CoQ10 for CHF, but you need to take large doses, 400 mg or more daily. The MitoQ is pretty expensive at this point, but the investors are trying to make back some of their investments.
You can buy it through the website or through Amazon...it takes a couple weeks to ship from New Zealand.
Or you can buy it through a vendor on eBay, and it takes two or three days. The price is the same.
I am taking double doses and it's helping my fatigue.

Try the MitoQ. It works alot better than the regular stuff.
