Hello. I've been feeling anxious the last several days, but always around the same time in the morning.

I could swear I had this a couple of years ago, and that it was adrenal related.

My LLMD gave me AdreneVive...which I took years ago but then stopped.

Does it make sense that this would be adrenal related (the anxiety same time each day)?

Also, my LLMD noted to take 1 pill at breakfast and a 2nd at dinner. Yet the bottle says one serving is 2 capsules.

Is it better to take 2 pills at breakfast to ensure I'm getting a full dose?

Thank you!!!

It could be adrenal related since it is happening the same time each day.

Maybe you need 2 at dinner to hold you through to the am. A good way to know is to do the saliva test (it will show you the times you need it most). Also muscle testing would help you with this.

Hi Catgirl. I'll look into what the saliva test is.

I think my LLMD tested my levels this way years ago. It showed that my (cortisol?) levels were really high first thing in the morning....

...which explained the morning anxiety. Then, they were extremely low around dinner time, which is when I would barely have the energy to speak.

Thanks for the suggestions! [Smile]

Been on AdreneVive for a few days now and could swear I feel a difference.

Is that even possible so soon? I'm not complaining though!

Hoping this will continue to improve.

You're welcome!

Adrenal stuff usually takes a while to improve on me (months), but if you're improving that quickly, that's wonderful (we are all different)!

Oh, maybe it's just in my head then. You know. Like the Lyme disease. [Wink]
