I know what you mean Judie. Some of it I'm not sure about..but other stuff makes you concerned.

I agree, it is pretty eye-opening how some of this stuff is made.
I do like this part of what's said:
"The best vitamins are always those from foods as God made them. There is no pill substitute for a good diet. Supplements are able to somewhat "supplement" a diet that is lacking in a specific nutrient, but they will never be able to replace good nutrition."

Agreed! I know for me the less I use the better I feel. Getting my nutrients from a healthy unprocessed grain free diet seems to work much better for me.
