I am SO sick of ordering supps online only to get horsepills delivered!

Anyone have suggestions as to an ALA capsule that is small and will not burn the esophagus for hours?

How about Fish Oil caps that are small and don't leave you burping up fish all day? I was taking Krill Oil for awhile then read that I should take something else, yadda, yadda.

And anyone know of a good calcium/strontium/K2 capsule that is smaller than 2 inches?? I have a great supplement but I am unable to take it!

Thanks!

Calcium/K2/Strontium slim tabs: http://www.newchapter.com/take-care/bone-strength-take-care

ALA- one does not come to mind. But, I will keep my eyes open for one. [Smile]

Nordic Naturals make me burp. Orthomega doesn't make me burp, but the pills are larger.

Good luck!

My DH takes Country Life Cod Liver Oil. It comes in small gelcaps.

Also, can get liquid fish oil supplements - Barlean's makes some good flavored liquid supplements. See http://www.barleans.com/fishoil.asp - and Costco has one of the Swirl liquid fish oil supplements - http://tinyurl.com/pug5hdg

I don't remember which brand of ALA I used to take, but the capsules were small. But unless otherwise specified on the label, you could open the capsule and mix it with a bite of food (e.g., applesauce, etc.).

Thank you so much!

Still looking for input on the ALA. Razzle, I'd rather just swallow a small pill instead of mixing it with applesauce.
