Ok, so we just made some Sole. Took a while to

understand the whole Sole thing, as

it seems like I could never get a handle on the

exact directions from what I read here and there.

Here is an excellent site that breaks it down:
http://www.americanbluegreen.com/sole.html/

I don't know what to expect. If any of you tried

it I'd like to know what it did for you. I took

some an hour ago. I feel the same.

Oh! I've got that Trace Minerals! And it does last forever!

I made this Sole, last night, from Himalayan Rock Salt--tastes more mellow. I knew for a long time that our
water was dead and that good water is so important for health. Same for minerals. I don't have total faith in the food anymore- not even the organic at the store.

So, the Sole. I took a tsp in 6 ounces of water with a Vitamin C. Didn't feel anything so I just
repeated it. We will see...

I often use salt in my water, but I usually just do it at the last minute, so I skip making sole even though I know that is better.

I mostly notice a different when I drink lots of water. If it's hot out and I'm drinking more than normal, I know that can be depleting, so I'll add salt or sole.

I don't know that you will actually notice a big difference, but maybe something over time.
