How is everyone doing? Is anything working for you? I am still plugging away at this bug.

Here. I am doing pretty good. I've brought my baseline to about 80%. And stayed there for about 4-6 months. I did extremely high doses of anti-parasitic Rx pharma, even higher than Dr. K does...I was skeptical, cautious and worried. But let me tell you it payed off. I followed with local raw honey and raw pollen. The combination of doing both brought my baseline up. The full moon would always gave me flares or I'd have weird symptoms. I don't anymore.

I don't think Neff is on here anymore, but she had great posts as well.

I'm off almost all meds. I do antihistamine about half of the week. The raw pollen and raw honey blocks the histamine, cytokines, etc. My lingering issue is sleep. But pretty good cause I was very sick 3 years ago.
