Ugh, okay. So, I'm going to ask about this topic which freaks me out in the worse way.
When I first became gravely ill back in '04 -far better in many ways today than I was back then- I developed some lovely tremors in my hands. Nothing too outrageous, but, a mild fine tremor, nevertheless. Additionally, at that time my upper arms became very weak, with an accompanying heaviness/burning and tremulousness that occurred upon holding them up against gravity.
Flash forward to many years later, and the fine tremor action is currently still in those regions, as well as now located in my head/face and legs. Now, this is something that is easily concealed -so, not obvious to those around me,- and obviously something that I've been living with for a considerable period of time, now.
Former mainstream physicians who I had dealt with in the past -including neuro's- would simply notate this involuntary movement as 'mild fine tremors.' Past and current LLMD's have also done the same. It's been ages since I've been back to a mainstream neuro (I know, I know- total waste of time), however, for various other reasons, I am going to be visiting one again in the not so distant future. At that time, the head/facial tremors will be pointed out to said neuro.
I know that many of the not-so-pretty neurodegenerative diseases do happen to have this hallmark symptom in their differential. I am a patient whose tbd's went at least 6 years (although, more likely some 25 years) without any antibiotic therapy. So, there's those goodies as a potential culprit. Additionally, however, I do have plenty of common viruses in my blood (the most special a positive W. Nile titer), and any one of these viruses that I've had exposure to alone could be a cause for the tremors. And then there's the topic of metals and mycotoxins, which like many of us on this Forum, I too contain a generous soup of. Past known exposure to environmental pollutants -in childhood, no less- is yet again another possibility for the shakes.
I am just curious if anyone here has been able to more definitively pin down the main cause behind his or her own case of tremors. And if so, I am wondering which type of treatment -abx, antivirals, detox protocols (metals, mycotoxins, etc.), antiparasitics, vitamin supplementation (i.e. restoration of proper Vitamin D or B12 levels), IVIG, HBOT, etc., etc. etc.- has been found to be most beneficial.

I am reading this and I am realiziing that both my girls have hand tremors. o my. I guess I should look into this?

How old are your daughters? Many people will want to tell you that tremors can be a completely normal (or benign, let's say) entity, although, the excitation of the nerves/muscles really shoudn't be so.
I feel for you, over your own concern.
Thank you for taking the time to share. Hopefully, someone with additional clues/experience will want to contribute, as well.

the 21 yr old has them for years. told nothing to worry about. the 19yo just started with them this past year.

Bumping up in hopes that others with tremors may chime in, in terms of what has maybe helped to alleviate/lessen this crap.
Btw- I'm on a beta blocker for my heart rhythm issues, already. This is sometimes still noted as a first-line therapy for essential tremors.
Since 4 years of abx therapy did little to lessen these movements, I'm wagering that more time and investment into removal of mycotoxins and metals (within the body) may be helpful.
Aside from the classic tbd's, I really wouldn't be surprised if the tremors are a byproduct of some of my viruses...especially the positive W. Nile titer that's still kicking around (albeit it's an IgG marker).
Sigh. Anyways.

Cholestyramine- you might want to have a look at that for tying up mycotoxins and toxins.

Interestingly enough, I did try Cholestyramine a few years ago, but, it may be worth revisiting similar binders.
Although I've done some DMSA, EDTA, chlorella, NAC, ALA, Vitamin C, other minerals supplementation, I never did it for a very long period of time. Same goes with some of the agents for mycotoxin removal.
Clearly- I need to get back on track!!!
