I went to get blood work and she got one tube and the blood just stopped coming out and it came out really slow for the one she got. And neither vein would work.
This never happens, what's up with this?

I had really good veins for about ten years into tx but then it changed. They can hardly ever get any unless i tell them to ude veins in myhands

Also, make sure you are really warm. Don't go in chilled. Sometimes I wear gloves and a jacket even in mild temps to be sure. And drink a lot of water.

I was going to mention that, poppy! Same here. I have Raynaud's and if I'm cold it's big problem.

I always thought is was all genetics and hydration that made veins good or bad for needles??

Hydration is important for me too...but i think when you get stuckmany times it can get to be a problem

Yeah im thinking the ozone ive been doing does make you dehydrated so thats my problem. I hope. Just need to try and drink a full gallon if not more especially with how much ozone im doing.
