I am trying to think of something that might help my asthma which I am currently treating with Singulaire and Ventolin inhaler two to three times a day.
I don't feel that I should have to use my inhaler that much

I am currently taking Rifampin , prima una de gato, along with Vit D, Beta C, EPA/DHA Fish Oil, B Complex, AG Immune, Magnesium Malate, Digestive enzymes, probiotics.

Is there something anyone would suggest to add to help the asthma? I'm thinking maybe Oil of Oregano or berberine or another asthma med.
Thanks.

Look into the benefits of using a salt inhaler.

This is dry salt crystals in a tube...you inhale air through them, picking up salt ions that you breathe deeply into your lungs.
It reduces inflammation and helps to clear out mucous.

You can find many vendors at Amazon, eBay, etc.
You can read reviews at iHerb.com.

Read reviews with more choices at Amazon.com.

Several people at LymeNet tried this in the past for their asthma symptoms, with good results.
I bought one more than ten years ago...there are more brands now and the prices are lower.
