Is this consistent with Lyme Disease? I was negative for 9 out of 10 IgG bands but IgG P66 was present & abnormal so western blot for Lyme IgM negative and Lyme IgG negative. NK CD57 was very low at 12 (ref: 60-360). C4a was normal at 320 (ref: 0-650).
also liver enzymes ALT and AST VERY high. Trying to find some answers. thank you

Yes, I'd say you're positive, with the 66 band - heat shock protein - if you look at the top of Medical Questions, Important Info about Lyme and Co-infections, scroll down to Dr C's Western Blot explanation for the bands. Many feel that any one Lyme-specific band is enough. And the CD57 count is very low.
I'd say time to see that Lyme-treating doctor!

However, her C4a was a very good normal. CD57 is not always lyme specific they say now. More testing is in order, I think.
