I want to take 100 billion CFU's a day minimum. Culturelle only has 10 billion, but since it is a different strain of probiotic, do I need to take 10 a day? How many Culturelle's do you need to take a day? I also take sacc. boul.

I take a much higher CFU count probiotic called VSL #3.
2 capsules have 225 billion CFUs. I also add one capsule of Align or Culturelle for a little more variety. Plus S. Boulardii.

Others like Custom Probiotics brand, you order them online, they are also high potency.

Hope that helps.

Thanks. I do use the Custom Probiotics per your suggestion, Lymetoo, and they do seem to be very good. However, people say you should switch them up every 3-4 months or so? Maybe I will add a Culturelle to the Custom Probiotics sometimes?
