I'm moving out of a place that has a leaky roof & mold issues. What should I bring? I have a foam mattress & bedding, clothes, etc. What about HEPA air filters & my vacuum cleaner?
I'm moving to a place that is hot & sunny. Do you think that would kill any mold spores in the foam mattress & other stuff? How about unpainted wood?
I could just leave it but the mattress was about $200 plus bedding. My vacuum & air filters would probably be another $400-500 or so. I just bought the vacuum a few months ago.
I know you guys have alot of experience with this. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Just read that mold can't grow on latex. Guess I can salvage my mattress.
PS - I know this isn't a direct medical question. Please move the thread if it's not appropriate here.

Can you energetically test for what's contaminated? I know it's not official testing, but I also know you have good intuition. Go with your gut.
Where are you moving? I live in FL 30%+ of the year, so I was wondering if we'll finally meet!

Sent you PM! Yes, dowsing is a good idea. Probably going to leave the bed & bedding & the AIR filters. I'll bring the HEPA vacuum.
