I am waking up a lot of mornings with a Charley Horse in my lower leg muscle which I can stop almost immediately by taking a Magnesium tablet but I already take a couple of Magnesium tablets during the day.
When I take a lot of Magnesium, I have Bowel issues so could it be some other deficiency causing the Charley Horses?

If all those things are corrected you probably won't need this but if you do- it is awesome! It's cheap and we can buy it at Walgreens here or any health food store for about $10. Use as needed and not daily like one would take a vitamin.

Thanks everyone. It seems like such a small problem but it's become more frequent lately. You've given me some good info.

Just wanted to give some feedback. I replaced my Calcium Carbonate with Calcium Citrate and before bed, take Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Optimizer and Potassium + soak my feet in Epsom Salts and - no more Charley Horses! What a relief. Have also upped my Vit D. Thanks.
