Does anyone have advice for sudden onset tooth aches? The whole front part of my face is so painful. It feels like 4 or 5 deep tooth aches across my 4 front upper teeth.
The pain comes and goes, as usual with this disease, I guess. It felt better for a couple of minutes but now is getting worse again.
Is there something I can swish in my mouth to make it feel better?

- First consideration: Bruxism?
Tooth alignment? Is everything hitting / landing properly when you chew? You may need your dentist to determine this.
Have you been using those teeth to bite into any food? If so, maybe cut things up.
While lyme / TBD certainly can affect mouth / teeth in many ways, take a look at the mechanics first.
Magnesium may need to be adjusted or more often (remember divided doses matter).
If nerve issues, lion's mane mushroom might help.
As for a swish, a very light sea salt dose in warm water (but not warm from the tap as that can draw out more metals from pipes).
Arnica oil [food grade] rubbed onto the gums at the root might help. The books all say clove oil but that can burn so fiercely. -

I was going to say sinuses too, as I've had upper row tooth pain before with sinus infection.

Could also be cranial bones impinging on the nerves that go across the dental area - very painful - I've had this.
A quick 10-minute cranial session with someone who knew cranial sacral work cleared it up, then they did it again a couple weeks later when the symptoms you're describing started up again.

Update - the severe pain was replaced by burning sensations for a few hours, and that's gone too, but now my lips twitch visibly and severely for about a minute at random off and on. Luckily, all pain is gone, but it is pretty weird.
My partner thinks it is maybe a new drug I'm on hitting some bugs in a particular set of nerves, and as they die off, different parts of the nerve are being affected and giving me weird nerve symptoms.
Thanks for the suggestions, everyone!
