1. Do you have lymph nodes in the back of your head? The last few days I've had a tender bump on the back of my head.
I haven't hit my head on anything. The only thing I can figure out is if it's a swollen lymph node? Any ideas?
AND the more pressing issue (HAHA) the higher I go with antibiotics, the more constipation is an issue. I'm doing all I know to do.
-lemon water, alo vera juice, magnesium (how much is too much magnesium, because I'm taking a lot), prune juice, berries.
Any other hints. I don't really want to use something like miralax, but I will if I have to. I just already feel like I'm on so much medication it's hard to want to add another.
Chasing pills with pills.

Prune juice, apple juice, applesauce and figs are some things that might help.

If you don't have congestive heart failure and don't have to watch how much water you drink -
I read you are already doing lemon water but like this?
In the morning put a pinch of sea salt (you can add a squeeze of lemon also)in a quart of water (can be a bit warm if you tend to be chilly--don't want to lose chi) and slug it down in one go.
That helped my MIL who had 13 back surgeries and was down a lot on her back due to pain/meds. Nothing helped her but drinking a qrt. of water every morning.
There are lymph nodes in the back of the head and on the skull and they can get very tender. At our gym there is a Sonic Platform that one can stand on and I like to use that to drain lymph.
ps- just don't go stand on the Sonic after drinking that much water. LOL

Thanks lookup. I'll give that a try. I wish my gym had a sonic platform. What does the sea salt do?

The sea salt adds minerals and osmolarity to get it closer to taking in normal saline (similar to your body's natural water content). Sterile normal saline is sometimes given as an IV fluid in the hospital. Drinking water with a pinch of salt in it hydrates and does not deplete a person as much as taking straight water.
You could also do a standing shaking meditation if you don't have a sonic:

HAHA, ok, I think if I started doing that my husband would REALLY think I've gone mad. But I've heard rebounding a bit on a mini tramp can help with lymph drainage.
I'll shake and then I'll to the trampoline and see what works best. I'll make sure to leave my windows open... HE HE

Oh please DO! and laugh too - really loud; maybe even fall down a few times for the full effect. The best place is out on the front lawn where you can get plenty of fresh air. Make it fun for the whole neighborhood.

Hw88, yes, please make a viral video of the shaking. I think we could all use a GOOD type of virus.
