For about two years now I've had shakes and vibrations in my head and shoulders, especially when I lie down.
Lots of other stuff of course but this was my initiating long term symptom and I wonder if it's going to stick around no matter how long I treat it. I've always tried to use it it s a gauge to see how I'm doing but I'm wondering if I should just get used to it and not consider this one of the symptoms that need to be gone for me to be "symptom free."
Thoughts?

Where's my Magic 8 Ball when I need it?
I wish I had the answer. What I can say is that there is hope. I went from beyond hopeless to having some hope. Hang in there, k?
Maybe someone will have a better answer.

I had internal vibrations constantly for 8 years. They were one of my initial symptoms, and the intensity grew as I became more ill.
Occasionally, during my recovery with mHBOT, they would return at a lower intensity when I had overtaxed myself, but eventually they disappeared completely.
It may have something to do (in part) with low adrenal function.
