So, according to the good doctor (at the end of ge article) we all need to file SF-57 forms and lawyer up to make an impact? What do you all think about that? This sounds like a step in the right direction.

We need new testing.
Think about how different our live's would be if we had available accurate Lyme testing when we first got sick.
Makes my head spin. . .
Unprecedented means it's never been done before. Unchartered territory. Hopefully the legal system won't let us down like the medical profession has.
We have to become part of the legal process, strength in numbers. How else to be heard and be counted in the BIGGEST crime against humanity ?
It states only monetary damages can be compensated. For many of us, this equates to thousands of dollars. Add to that, zero quality of life and loss of livelihood, damages could be substantial.
The lawsuit by Dr Lee would open to door for all Lyme sufferers.
" One of the purposes of the current lawsuit is to make the Exhibits public, so that Lyme disease patients can ask their lawyer to use the Exhibits to file their own SF-95 form for damages due to delayed diagnosis."
This is a good thing, indeed.

Good for you both for seeing what this is saying and recognizing that it is very important to us.
I was wondering if anyone was going to "get it".
As for taking any immediate action, my thought is to wait to see if there will be an organized effort here that will provide attorneys and also guidance.
The form is a bit "off" for our purposes, so I feel advise from a legally minded person or group would be essential in getting patients the help with this so it is done right.

Good assessment of the situation!
Dr. Lee is smarter than the average bear- brilliant in fact. His work is impeccable and he is honorable.
If you took all the IDSA/CDC idiots and put their brains together in one pile it couldn't come close to the knowledge he has on this topic.
I've enjoyed watching Dr. Lee's back and forth in the scientific arena. His science and work is untouchable.
I believe he mentioned that the idiots continue using the same lame excuses trying to try to discredit the work of others. The idiots are trying to prove everyone else in the world is wrong and they are right and they make up stuff hoping people will believe them.
That is the same garbage I've been pointing out for a long time that is a bunch of goop. Like when I say things such as Phil Baby Baker- or Auwaerter- no one believes you anymore!
Their egos are going to be the death of their false news campaign. Actually, it already is...
