Taking vitamin C to bowel tolerance is the thing that helps me the most, and I'd also like to take some green foods, which have also been helpful, but don't want to take the green foods if they'll cut down on the amount of C I can take.
Has anyone tried taking these two supplements in combination?

What do you mean?
Do you think that adding wheat grass supplements will lower your bowel tolerance to Vit C?
What kind of vit C do you take?
I have very lower bowel tolerance to normal vit C supplements. But the ones made from fruits + veggies is much easier to take.
I do think that non-chemical but plant-based Vit C is very different than normal Vit C supplements.
I also read that if you do the lipossomal vit C, you need much LESS and get more benefits (due to absorption).
