Wow, I take d-ribose in the daytime as a stimulant, and, of course, for mitochondria help. Amazing that it helps you to sleep. Mitochondria help is always good, but that might not work for everyone (at bedtime).

Thank you so much for thinking of me. Really, it means a lot. I've had a rough month and I'm sooo tired. I take magnesium and Vit. D. I will look into the others. Do you take all of them at night?
I have taken Gaba a few times. I changed up some meds and any chemical change in my body throws me off. I'm hoping things will settle down soon.
