or is there a complex better than another?
my genetic person is telling me to take this but its cheaper on line and im not sure which to buy. He says its great for Mast cell issue.
anyone have any commment on that?

Hi. I'm not sure about other brands. I take one called Boscari and it has helped. I get it from my doctor so I'm not sure if its online in the US.

I've used the brand that Vitacost makes, probably one of the cheapest but if you are avoiding additives I can see why you may skip over this one
I've not experienced negative reaction to it that I know of. I had mast cell symptoms from nearly everything pretty constantly for a while. The symptoms seemed to disappear for a while but excess histamine has returned.

I decided to take the boswella and then had some mouth issues- like cap'n crunch mouth - ever get that???? it was so bad it lasted days and days and I could barely eat.
at that same time I started a new B12 sublingual too- so which was it? the boswella or the B12?? or neither?? if not, then what? the MCAS?

We find its better to only start one new thing at a time because if you react, there's no way to tell which one it was.
My hubby used Vitacost's boswellia with no problems. I just ordered a different brand this time. So we'll see how it goes this time.

- Young living was one suggested but I think they make only essential oils.
There is a major difference in capsules / powder
& in essential oils. What you want is capsules, not essential oil. -

Sorry .. I was really intending that she put the oil on her skin. It is still absorbed. That would be frankincense.
Lisa .. You may have a salicylate sensitivity. Bowelia is bound to be high in sals. It could also affect your nerves. Heads up!

lymeto0, so Im looking at high salicylate foods-
and the list is interesting becasue some of the the ones that contain haigh amounts are foods that really bother me in some way- like cinnimon and honey I love but they make me feel terrible.
