So I got my results back from Lab Corp. All Negatives except one Positive IgG P28 Ab. Best I can tell it may be Borrelia ? Not sure what it means. Anybody have any idea. Thanks in advance

Thanks Lymetoo. I guess I was wondering the real importance of band 28. I know the Lyme pros here can give me some kind of answer. Doing Igenix this week...

So it looks like band 28 is an outer surface protein for Lyme. Also 23-28 may involve the central nervous system, which could explain long standing Lyme since 06. So can Lyme come and go ?

Yes, it can wax and wane, but the testing will often show positive even after treatment. Your test result could look just the same as it did the first time you tested.
Did you have testing many years ago? Do you have a new bite?
