I've been on Zithromax since August and I'm farting a lot. What do you think is causing that and what can I do to help it?
I'm already taking Colostrum LD, glutamine, and quercetin for Leaky Gut.
I'm taking Diflucan, Nystatin, grapefruit seed extract, and probiotics for my yeast infection.

I believe it's most likely candida. Being on abx sets up a perfect storm for fungus/molds/candida to invade and thrive in GI.

It looks like fungi / candida.
Antibiotics help all other pathogens thrive: fungi, viruses.
And antibiotics don't even kill stealth bacteria, as they are mostly resistant.
Just read any of the recent Buhner's books on coinfections. Long term, antibiotics are not the option.

What more can I do for the yeast/candida? I already take a lot for it and my diet is mostly just fresh fruits and veggies, not much sugar (except for lots of fruit) or dairy.
