Currently my son takes Custom Probiotic 1. He has for years. It is cost effective and in capsule format. Given that, does anyone know of other capsule probiotics that are cost effective? 1 capsule of CP1 contains 60 billion of L. Acidophilus, Strain LA-14 L. Rhamnosus, Strain LR-32 L. Plantarum, Strain LP-115 B. Lactis, Strain BL-04 B. Bifidum, Strain Bb-06 And I get 90 pills for $45. Custom Probiotocs have a lot of other products but they are not in capsule form and mixing it with something is a non starter. It is getting warmer and am trying to order all my probiotics (if they require refrigeration) before heat its. [ 04-10-2019, 11:10 AM: Message edited by: terv ]
