I have another EBV infection ( almost 3 months now) along with the typical symptoms I have pain, tingling and warm sensations down both legs into my feet and toes now. Anyone with a reoccurring EBV infection have this?

Back pain, no. If I do it's from poor posture. From the EBV and lyme the majority of the pain is in my limbs.

EBV unusual?? I find this is one of the most usual things people complain from. EBV can go very neuro, like lyme. Back pain, sciatica pain, etc.
Are you on lysine, lemon balm, licorice, skulcap?

I think it's unusual for it to affect the legs like that.
I take curcumin three times a day myself.

i think it's rahter common to have peripheral neuropathy with EBV, consequently tingling and numbness. It's a very neuro disease, like lyme.
I guess turmeric curcumin is good already, then liposomal vitamin c, plus some antiviral herbs?
That's what I would do, in case I knew who the culprit is.

- It's best to avoid turmeric as a supplement. Sally K. Norton, one expert on the topic, has repeatedly stated that, often, the EXTRACT of an herbal helper is safer than the raw herb / plant.
You can find her website and YouTube videos. Also search for: Low Oxalates, Susan Owens . . . and also Oxalates, Elliot Overton with EONutrition.
Sadly, Turmeric is high in oxalates and that can contribute to pain, especially, needle like pain - anywhere in the body
Answer: Yes, turmeric can contain a significant amount of oxalate, which can form calcium oxalate kidney stones (the most common type of kidney stone).
However, some curcumin products (which are extracts of turmeric) contain little to no oxalate . . . -

- If you have access to a home glucose test kit, it would be helpful to rule out elevated glucose as a possible cause of the pain.
The most affordable one I could find and it helps me see when certain foods are too much for my body. When I stopped having foods that sent blood sugar up at all, my nerve pain subsided wonderfully.
, at Amazon and also at their own site. Call and talk to them if you don't want to have an on-going order - they can just send you what you need, when you want it.
HOW? WHY? Even if you don't have pre-diabetes, diabetes or even if you might not have insulin resistance?
it's still very important to see what your glucose is at certain times after eating any kinds of carbohydrates / certain beverages like any juice (even vegetable juices) or milk. Skim milk is the worst, actually and can send blood sugar sky high.

Were you able to contact your lyme doctor and get some advice for what kinds of things might be of help right now.
I'm thinking: 1. avoid acetamenophen 2. be sure you have a good kind and amount of magnesium & 3. OLE - Olive Leaf Extract can be very helpful against EBV flare ups.
Ultimately, I hope you have a good LLMD or LL ND who can help ease the pain. It's vital that they know what's going on.
Take care. -
