The others are Choline, and MoZyme (molybdenum for mycotoxins)
I've looked everything up and what (supposedly) it all does.
Has anyone taken these? Any herxes? The only ones I see that may cause herxing are the Burdock (being antifungal and antibacterial) and Cordyceps

I've not taken that particular supplement - but none of those are on my herx list
poss burdock root - but not in the small doses in that supplement cordyceps - only when eating 10g of mycelium powder in one go - and even then may have just been the amount of fiber as I have digestive issues

Hey thank you very much! I've been afraid to start it as I've been told I'm sensitive. Perhaps I'll start at half a cap.

I'm not experienced with that list, but I always think it's a good idea to start with a very small amount to see how you do.
