I was given some supplements in addition to my binder for mold.

Renaven: Rena-Prime 322mg
---Fermented Cordyceps (mycelia) Extract (Cordyceps sinensis), Cranberry (fruit), Organic Alfalfa (herb) (Medicago sativa), Hydrangea (root) (Hydrangea arborescens), Organic Kale (leaf)
Rena-Bolic Support 118mg
---Rhodiola rosea (root) Extract (min. 1% salidrosides, 3% rosavin), Organic Parsley (leaf) (Petroselinum crispum), Organic Blueberry (fruit), Organic Rice Concentrate (Oryza sativa) Organic Burdock (root) (Arctium lappa)

This is for lymph detox.

The others are Choline, and MoZyme (molybdenum for mycotoxins)

I've looked everything up and what (supposedly) it all does.

Has anyone taken these? Any herxes? The only ones I see that may cause herxing are the Burdock (being antifungal and antibacterial) and Cordyceps

I've not taken that particular supplement - but none of those are on my herx list

poss burdock root - but not in the small doses in that supplement
cordyceps - only when eating 10g of mycelium powder in one go - and even then may have just been the amount of fiber as I have digestive issues

Hey thank you very much! I've been afraid to start it as I've been told I'm sensitive.
Perhaps I'll start at half a cap.

I'm not experienced with that list, but I always think it's a good idea to start with a very small amount to see how you do.

I'd probably agree no matter what.
