Was wondering what's been causing this increase in diarrhea, where it's water. Like every 3 days. Started getting semi bad mid Nov. Maybe every 10 days then .
My doc wants me on bpc 157 peptide as it's supposed to heal many gut issues. I also think I have mcas as I've been noticing itchy bumps and sometimes, tho less often, all over itching. Maybe since Nov. On quercetin for that. Tho dunno how much that's helping. It's really getting old and I'm afraid to eat anything now.
Also, I have a 14 cm fibroid that I'll need removed though for most ppl, that causes constipation. I certainly don't have that issue.

I was off that for a few days when I ran out. I don't think it made a diff. No.. I've not heard of it. Is it an rx?
Yes and negative. I'm gf anyway. Yes about a yr ago. Was neg. When I went to doc recently I guess she didn't feel I needed that test bc of the blood work done, that wasn't one of them

Isn't your doctor concerned about this?? If not, it sounds like you should see someone else for help with it. The question is who? A GI doctor? Seems like someone should be testing you for the cause, or at least offer some remedies in the meantime.
What about taking a lot of good quality probiotics to see if that helps?
Bentonite can help stop the runs, but may or may not address the cause. The way it might help, other than stopping the runs, is to help usher out any pathogens, etc. that might be causing the problems.
