I use Mag Glycinate by Metagenics. Pricey but easy on my tummy. I have to get it from a chiropractor.

I used to use glycinate, but I found out it can add to my oxalate problem. I usually buy one that is a mix.

I was told by my LLMD to take magnesium taurate 2 hours before and after any other meds.

I have tried different companies but always stay with mag taurate. I compare prices, amounts, milligrams, additives.
I buy only capsules rather than tablets as magnesium is typically poorly absorbed. There are also many liposoma mag products than are well absorbed but difficult to find under 50.00$.

I order from Natural Healthy Concepts because they carry many pharmaceutical supplements that are usually only available through healthcare professionals.

DesBio, Klaire Labs, Pure Encapsulations, Designs for Health, Advanced Research, Nutriceuticals, Researched Nutritionals, Cardiovascular Research, Douglass Labs, etc.

These companies require that you be under the care of a healthcare professional.
So you have to make a FREE consultation with a healthcare professional available through the Natural Healthy Concept website.

It is easy and gives you peace of mind that you are receiving quality supplements and not wasting your money. I find it cheaper than if purchased through your LLMD or other providers.

They offer reward points on all your orders to use towards future orders.

For those wondering, Magnesium is important for many processes in the body, including regulating muscle and nerve function, blood sugar levels, and blood pressure and making protein, bone, and DNA.

My doctor advises me to take magnesium to prevent joint problems because I started complaining of joint pain some time ago. So I was prescribed physiotherapy and electrophoresis to relax the compressed muscles and tension in the muscles. .

I agree that magnesium is really essential for joints. It is especially valuable for athletes, but magnesium alone is not enough in this case.

This is the plain truth. Magnesium is undoubtedly important for the joints, but it will only give maximum benefit if the person is OK with the other vitamins, micro and macro elements. I know this from experience. Although my diet consists mainly of a proper diet, it is mostly very monotonous. So it's not surprising that I recently got my first injury at the gym.

magnesium supplements need not be expensive

i use magnesium citrate - bought in bulk powder form

i take 800mg 2x a day away from food - dissolved in water to aid with absorption

it provides around 100mg ionic magnesium per dose and does not cause me any stomach issues
