This book is mentioned over in General by Marie, but I believe it's too important not to be shared in this space.

Please begin here by reading this.

https://www.lymedisease.org/deep-places-ross-douthat-lyme/

Be sure to also arrow down in this lymedisease.org piece and read Ross Douthat, a NYT writer stories that also appeared in the New York Times this fall. There are 3 of them:

-How I Became A Sick Person
-How I Became A Science Experiment
-How I Became Extremely Open-Minded

Yes, even after reading all this on line, the book is well worth the read and time. There is so much more to his story. In truth his story is all of our stories.

Treat yourself with a Christmas present for yourself and buy this book. You deserve it, Lyme folks.

Pam

It does look good!

I looked it up on Amazon and it's about $8 cheaper there. Also available on Kindle.

Tutu, guess where he got his Lyme truth from? I posted this over in General but forgot to post it here.

In his acknowledgements sections he thanks Lymenet, that's us folks. Spreading the Gospel of Lyme.

Throughout the book he mentions online Lyme groups and by some of what he wrote, I kind of guessed it was Lymenet.

Thanks for posting this map1131 and marie đź’š

Remember to check your local library for free reading.
Many library’s will order it if they don’t have it.

Dr H. posted about “Deep Places” by Ross Douthat.
He was upset by the New York Times book review and he stated why. Deniers were given a platform in the article but NO Lyme Advocates. Read here;

Thank you Ross and thank you Dr H. đź’š
