Just wondering what brand and amount potassium supplement everyone recommends?
LLMD told me to supplement my potassium but never told me amount or brand. It takes him 2 weeks to get back to me with answers to my questions but want to start right away.
I am only slightly "out of range" on low side. Thanks in advance for any insight.

I used the brand called PURE but it is combined with Magnesium. I don’t need a potassium supplement anymore. And I get my potassium from food like bananas, potatoes, and even prunes.
I would not take ia supplement unless I knew the amount your LLMD wants you to take.

I was having a hard time thinking up breakfast foods. I wanted something quick. So I started buying organic bananas, the greener the better so as to not get that much sugar.
Green bananas are hard to find in the pandemic. If I can’t find them I switch to plantains. I keep them in the frig.
My potassium levels are perfect.
