GSE is "grapefruit seed extract" and it is a really good anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial. It is in a very strong tinctre that looks like syrup but VERY sour. It works really well for keeping the yeastie beasties away. It also works great topically as an anti-biotic. If you do a search on it you will get lots of info about. (google search).
I did call the pharmacist and he said it was fine to take with the zythromax.
