are IV antibiotics always necessary for neurolyme (severe cognitive problems, etc. i'm basically housebound right now)? i don't have insurance right now and there is no way i can afford IV.. are there certain orals that may do the trick?

Oral Minocycline will penetrate through BBB. I think that also Rifampicin.
