Some leads/suggestions to a possible problem
While I've never heard of Tauro 7x, the name Tauro implies this product would contain the very important amino acid taurine.
Taurine incorporates an atom of sulfur in its molecular structure.
In certain conditions/diseases sulfur-containg amino acids are problematic, and worsen symptoms.
I vaguely recall, and this must be checked out, that those with rheumatoid arthritis have a problem with sulfur-containing amino acids; they exasperate symptoms.
Years ago, one radio-ad stated that sulfur-containing amino acids would exasperate symptoms in rheumatiod arthritis.
Some lyme lit. characterizes lyme 'arthritis' as "rheumatioid-like." So maybe this applies with lyme.
For me, they, and other sulfur-containing amino acids are problematic, particularly in high doses.
One pharmaceutical chemist with lyme, stated that either approx. 1/2 the cases of amyolateral sclerosis(als) are lyme,or that 1/2 of those with lyme die from als. I forget the verbatim quote, but it can be found on the board, 'sci.med.diseases.lyme.'
http://www.acu-cell.com mentions sulfur(and selenium) blood levels being high in als, thereby implying that they are problematic, perhaps in that they exasperate als symptoms. Since selenium and sulfur are problematic in als, and many diagnosed with als actually have lyme, or als IS lyme by a different name, then selenium and sulfur would probably exasperate lyme.
If this is not the case with lyme, then problems with selenium and sulfur may have to do with other tick-borne infection(s).
I have diagnosed lyme(including photograpic proof), and als symptoms, and my symptoms are exasperated when I take sulfur-containing compounds, esp. in high doses.
E.g., years ago, I took taurine X 500mg, and the most alarming symptom I recall, is that the "two lower parts" of the "family jewels" became internally inflamed, and taut, somewhere between the 2nd to 3rd capsule, by which time I ceased taking them.
Other problematic sulfur-containing compounds:
1. Crushed raw garlic segments.
Curiously, however, I didn't get this sulfur thing when taking garlic capsules, or liquid garlic extracts in an ampule(Zhang's stuff).
2. alpha-lipoic acid X 100mg X t.i.d. gave me pain in the liver, and, I think, and accompanying rash, and intense itching.
In this case it was to high a dose to fast.
a-lipoic acid in some way affects thiamine utilization.
On a last note, an alternative-med allopathic neurologist went through my gym bag full of supplement bottles, and shook his head,"No." to the bottle of sulfur containing amino acids, labeled, either 'glutathione precursors', or 'modulators'(methionine, cysteine(or nac), and some other S-containing amino acids).
Many of the rest of my bottles he OK'd, even though the neurologist could've said, 'nay' to much of my other stuff, and could have sold me his own stuff. He was emphatic about the Sulfur-containing amino acids.
A last note.
For elements having antagonistic properties to those properties of sulfur, see the site above.
In hurry, gotta go
