We did quite a few colonics - I am a firm believer in them. I am also a firm believer in lymph drainage. Nothing worse than clogged up lymph - the toxins can't get out and the good nutrients can't get where they should go. I am well today.

What happens to your car if you never change the oil?

Take care.

GiGi is right. I definitely think they make a big difference.

You feel a whole lot better.

Great for hydrating the colon. When colon is dry it doesn't function like it should. Cleaning out the exhaust pipes is a real benefit. Gigi, you got me thinking cars. lol

How often do you go? Do you all also do enemas? Does the hydrotherapist give you stuff to take? Is it embarrassing? What is lymph drainage? Thank you.
