There have been good suggestions here on detoxing the liver & the colon. But my neurolyme herxes cause pressure in my brain, brain fog & inability to concentrate & analyze.

Any ways to detox the brain more directly?

Yes. Do a "google" search using the words: "brain detox" in the search window.

When possible, click on the *cached link* (underlined) which highlights the words you are looking for and you can zoom to the information in the articles much faster (scrolling down).

For example, when you've brought up the cached version, the word "brain" might be highlighted in yellow and the word "detox" might be highlighted in blue. Then scroll down fast to the word detox which is highlighted in blue and very visible and read what it says.

There are several possible *nutrients, herbs, etc. that can help.

Do be careful with some of the herbs. And run a check for whatever you are currently taking to see if it is contraindicated. If this is too complicated, ask a pharmacist for help. You could ask, "Is it okay to take ginko if I am taking doxycycline?" That sort of thing, for example.

Try to find the good references - reputable ones. They are there.

Yes, you can detox the brain. But you need to know which toxins need to be addressed.
If you are heavy metal toxic, the brain is affected most of all, and it takes certain agents to detox the brain. If you need a chemical detox, different remedies are needed. A good doctor can determine this and how to best approach it.

n other words, certain neurotoxins require certain agents to help clear them.

Your quickest way to determine this is with a doctor who does ART (Autonomic Response Testing). www.neuraltherapy.com/articles.

Take care.
