I have been herxing big time since the beginning of March 2005.
I have gotten to the point where I just "nap" at night between trips to the bathroom. I never don't have to go! It has nothing to do with the last liquid ingested or when I drink it.
Also, my right leg/thigh (99% of all my problems are on the right side) cramps up when I have to go to the bathroom, so I may not even feel as if I have to void, but the cramping in my thigh tells me.
Has anyone else had this? Especially the cramping thing?

Monica, Are you taking a sleep aid like Benadryl? The same thing happened to me years ago, but my urologist told me to stop the benadryl and poof the problem disappeared.

I had the same thing happen to me a few years ago, I was getting up 10-15 times a night, often with the feeling that I had to pee, but not going. My bladder was spasming. I went to a urologist, got samples for (shoot, can't remember the name) the stuff with the add "gotta go, gotta go...) Went away in a week and never came back. Knock on wood.

Nope, not taking any sleep aid. I had tried Detrol for the usual "gotta go, gotta go" syndrome when I was awake a couple of years ago, but it didn't do anything except give me dry mouth.
